Successful Case Result Achieved
Attorney Emkey successfully argued, in an Open Guilty Plea, to keep a client out of jail.
The client was charged with his 6th DUI and was facing a mandatory sentence of 90 days and up to 5 years in prison. This particular case was 5 years old with a number of attorneys handling it over that time with no end in sight.
However, Attorney Emkey was not only able to get this case resolved but kept the client out of jail with 18 months of house arrest. Needless to say, the client was extremely happy with the results, as he was surprised that he got to avoid jail.
